RubberJet sceglie Equiventia come Investment Partner.
RubberJet Valley (website) è una giovane azienda italiana con sede a Milano che ha concepito e messo a punto una innovativa tecnologia per il recupero della gomma e dei materiali di scarto dai pneumatici usati tramite la disintegrazione con acqua ad altissima pressione.
Equiventia ha coinvolto i propri partners cinesi della AMOS di Qingdao, i quali dopo aver verificato l’efficienza di questa tecnologia, totalmente sicura e ad emissioni zero, hanno deciso di procedere con l’acquisto ed installazione dei primo impianto fornito da RubberJet e che sarà operativo per i primi del 2023. Equiventia sta anche agendo come Advisor ad entrambe le società per avviare una nuova Joint Venture locale avente come obiettivo l’espansione commerciale in Cina.
Inoltre, Equiventia sarà partner di investimento in RubberJet Holding.

RubberJet chooses Equiventia as Investment Partner.
RubberJet Valley (website), is a young Italian company based in Milan that has conceived and developed an innovative technology for the recovery of rubber and waste materials from used tires through disintegration with very high pressure water.
Equiventia involved its Chinese partners of AMOS in Qingdao, who after verifying the efficiency of this technology, totally safe and with zero emissions, decided to proceed with the purchase and installation of the first plant supplied by RubberJet and which will be operational on early 2023. Equiventia is also acting as Advisor to both companies to start a new local Joint Venture with the objective of commercial expansion in China.
Equiventia will also act as Investment Partner into RubberJet Holding.
