Equiventia e Wisest insieme per investimenti in Italia.
Equiventia ha raggiunto un accordo di collaborazione con la società Wisest Limited (website) per predisporre un piano di investimenti su Start-up e PMI italiane grazie a capitali internazionali provenienti dalla clientela di Wisest in Europa e Stati Uniti.
Il budget iniziale sarà di circa € 25 Milioni da dedicare per il 2022, espandibile per ulteriori € 25 Milioni per il 2023.
Grazie a questo accordo di partnership, Equiventia acquisirà direttamente quote di equity nelle società selezionate, supportandole non solo finanziariamente ma anche attraverso la presenza di un proprio manager con competenze gestionali e commerciali.
Questo aspetto costituisce un importante vantaggio a favore sia di chi investe, che è garantito da una presenza costante locale di supervisione da parte di Equiventia, e sia per la Società partecipata, che può relazionarsi con un Partner che già conosce e con il quale intrattiene un rapporto fiduciario e societario.
Sono in corso contatti con le prime società interessate a partecipare a questa iniziativa, la cui procedura necessaria al raggiungimento del potenziale closing è semplice e veloce.

Equiventia and Wisest together for investments in Italy.
Equiventia has reached a collaboration agreement with the company Wisest Limited (website) to prepare an investment plan for Italian start-ups and SMEs thanks to international capitals from Wisest's customers in Europe and the United States.
The initial budget will be of around € 25 million to be dedicated for 2022, expandable for a further € 25 million for 2023.
Thanks to this partnership agreement, Equiventia will directly acquire equity stakes in the selected companies, supporting them not only financially but also through the presence of its own manager with management and commercial skills.
This aspect constitutes an important advantage both for those who invest, which is guaranteed by a constant local presence of supervision by Equiventia, and for the investee company, which can relate to a Partner it already knows and with whom it has a fiduciary and corporate relationship.
Contacts are underway with the first companies interested in participating in this initiative, whose procedure necessary to reach the potential closing is simple and quick.
